If the item is being purchased for resale and you can provide us with a valid tax exempt certificate, you are exempt from Kansas Sales Tax. 

Memories Restored, Inc. believes our reputation rests with your satisfaction.  Returns, in original condition, will be accepted within 3 days with prior notice. You will be responsible for the two way transportation costs by the delivery service. 

Memories Restored, Inc. will be happy to assist you in any way possible to arrange for shipment of your purchased items. All shipping and handling charges are your responsibility and are in addition to the prices listed. Some items will be packed by us and picked up by, or taken to, the shipper you decide to use. We are responsible for items while in our possession, however, we highly recommend that you purchase insurance from the shipper to cover the item while in shipment.
